We can offer our Intelligent Tenants the following as standard:
- From the first moment you express an interest in one of our properties we will be on hand to answer any of your questions and guide you through the whole renting process right up to moving-in
- Viewings will be arranged at a time to suit you including evenings and weekends and these will be undertaken by our sales professionals who will be able to answer your queries there and then and talk you through the lettings experience
- Rest assured all our properties comply with the relevant safety legislation regarding gas appliances and soft furnishings
- Any portable electrical appliances left in the property will be safety tested
- Your bond will be protected within an approved tenancy deposit scheme
- Energy Performance Certificates will be available for you to view prior to moving in
- All our properties will have smoke alarms fitted and tested prior to your moving in
